This space is called Kids Awesome because…. it’s AWESOME. It’s for ages baby to third grade (max third grade). Most kids in there were about 4-8 and they had great things such as a zipline, ball space, rocket space, etc. The underground level is where it is all happening. All the action is in the lower level. You have the zipline, you have the option to climb the Taipei 101 replica where you actually climb like the entire height of the museum’s building and get to overlook the view at the top when you get there.
There’s a screen where you can see where your kid is at in the Taipei 101 tower replica. They provide helmets for all play and the facility is nicely decorated, new, and very airy. They also limit the amount of people on weekends so make sure you reserve a spot before you go.
There’s a baby craw space with little baby toys and safe area when they’re waiting for the older sibling to finish their play. There’s kid friendly sinks everywhere to wash their hands. Everywhere you enter they spray your hands and measure your temperature to make sure you’re not sick when you enter.
The employees there help you out a lot and they have “DISCOUNTED” books on first level. 21% off retail…. whoo hoo….
