Their breakfast is traditional with a flare and there’s usually a line in the morning but not too bad. You can usually get your items in 10 minutes or less. The soup dumplings are awesome with a crispy bottom and soupy inside and starts at 9am. Other items start at 7 am. Their turnip cake is fried on ALL sides just the way I like it and their egg pancake has many flavors including kimchi. Let’s just say, they’re very creative! You guys can give it a try when you’re in Taiwan. They have 4 little tables outside on the street so if you want to eat there, maybe you want to go there after 8:30am so that you can just readily order and sit… to avoid the work crowd. They have different types of soymilk like matcha, etc. It’s a very modern menu and the main thing is… it tastes great. I recommend this over fuhang. 阜杭豆漿 – Fuhang Soy Milk
